I made a topic last year before I had to put a lot of things on pause while I dealt with colon cancer : http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=72358269&f=60

I made about half a dozen programs within a few days of that topic and hopefully everyone's been happy about their results since.

I'm perfectly healthy again (have been since like March this year) so I'm starting this up again.

For the new faces, I specialize in mass and strength building. I don't mind giving pointers for diet, but my knowledge mostly revolves around muscle building.

If you've got FG from random games you don't play anymore and you're looking to get started in the gym or you have experience and you're stuck/plateau'd, just hit me up and I'll be happy to help.

What I'm offering is a personalized training program that typically lasts about 12 weeks and can be repeated in cycle with another program throughout the year (barring a few changes here and there depending on results and new goals).

Ultimately if you're satisfied with your first few months, the best thing to do is to grab a second program from me that you can cycle with your first one. That'll keep you going for at least a year. Small changes to each program can be made as you progress.

I'm also offering more specialized programs for people who already have a bunch of experience under their belt. Usually to help accomplish certain goals for lifts or gaining size in specific areas, etc.

I got really lucky and caught it early because I went to the hospital for a completely unrelated question.

I took a few too many pain killers without food and went straight to bed. It caused ulcers. I went and had that checked up and the doctor I got was very thorough. He looked into something he thought looked off which turned out to be a very early stage colon cancer. Luckily I didn't need a resection. After the operation I had a monthly check up for 6 months and nothing appeared again.
