Yo guys.. So the past few months I've had HORRIBLE knee pain. Its gradually been getting worse...

Around june I hit a new squat PR of 170kg * 5 reps (umm roughly 380x5 in American) but remember holding back from a 1RM in fear of tearing up my lower back.

Since then I took a small break from heavy lifts, spent 10 days on holiday and then slowly got back to weight training the following 7 days

My strength was complete shit after eating on average 100g of protein/day (but still adding up to 5000+kcals/day cause of beer, carbs, fats..) while on holiday and the fact that I didn't train at all for 10+ days

I guess this was when I first noticed that squatting over 100kg was painful for my knees so I just kept weights around 100kg and never went over. two leg days per week, still not comfortable going over 100kg.

Now, 3 months later the pain is really severe. I can't even squat the bar 10 times because of the knee pain, and my mobility is complete shit... Used to touch the grass with my ass but now I can barely go below parallel...

All other leg exercies are fine, but the squat movement is painful as fuck..

Oh and my knees crack for almost every rep too.

What do JSP? Feels like I'm 80 years old lol

Might take a two week break and try 6-10 fish oil/day and generic osteo bixflex twice daily. Then go squat and see if there's any relief. Also get knee sleeves of course.

Oh and lots of creatine, it'll draw water into the knees and increase synovial joint retention via atp synthesis pssh

Bro my knees became weak as PHUCK over summer. I was squatting 150kg 5x5, 160kg 3x5 or doing pyramids with weights like 140kgx10 to 170kgx3.....

nowadays my knees hurt so much even doing normal movements. like if I squat down IRL to do something like tie my shoe laces they my knees get soar.

I only squat with 120kg these days... 3x5

... But not saying I have Olympia in my sights haha. I'd be more than happy with life if I reach IFBB Pro status.

IFBB Pro & Team Norway athete... Yeah I like the sound of that B)

2018 goals

Posts 2 days ago that he plans to be an IFBB pro and a stunting pro. Squats 120 kg these days.

Now says still not comfortable going over 100 kg and can barely squat the bar.

I'm convinced from literally every post of yours that I've seen in the hnf that you're a pathological liar.
