GNC/ end thread

dont go to gnc for supplements
unless u must go in store and only one nearby

how do u buy over 250 bucks worth of that shit? return it now if u can.... wow

way too much money for that. and u really only maybe need the whey protein. rest is shit. buy caffeine pills for pre workout... like 8 bucks for 200 pills

get multivitamin at costco for like 300 pills for 20 bucks. or buy multi vitamin elsewhere for cheaper, if u feel u need a multi vitamin

rest dont even bother getting

Pre workouts are for me. They a waste but I wanted them.

Protein, multivit pretty important. Might take advice and return the multivit and get a cheaper one. Was 40 for one multivit container.

Bcaa's idk. Bought them for cutting. Might return. Two cost 60 bucks.

Yeah I'm going to return the BCAA's. I bought them for my cutting phase, but I figure I won't need them. Thx

huge rip.
pre-wo is a waste of money, next time buy some caffeine tabs
protein isolate? why , a simple whey would do the same job plus is half price.

with same $$ you could run some testo with good pct and have good results with minimal sides

Return protein and pre workouts as well.

Order caffeine pills

Then order protein from "myprotein"
