whats your daily caffeine intake ?

i would like to know how much mg is healthy to get its benefits

~ 3 espressos in the day and sometimes a preworkout too

Average espresso is ~ 75 mg ea. C4 preworkout doesnt state the caffeine, weird

Probably around 300 mg a day. The espresso might be more or might be less (i had to google average caffeine content in espressos)

0-200 mg for me but I might go 400 mg on meet day. (about 3x200 mg per week)

I think it's around 450 mg per day before negative affects. Don't quote me on that though.

200-400mg when i was training..up to 1.2-1.4g on meet days (i got pretty twitchy at those levels)

the lethal dose is higher than 10g, so that's something you don't have to worry about lol
