yeah i plan on starting to work out.. I am not a fatty or anything i just want to look fit

i am 6 foot tall weigh 195 lbs.... 29 years old.... as i grow older i just worry about my health

so far i have been doing pushup's, situp's, and running a mile every other day... i work a real physical job so i dont have much time to go to the gym after work as im so tired.. i cut and climb tree's for a living so thats a work out itself

any advice would be greatly appreciated... ive also been drinking the whey protein drinks and eating protein

how many u think i should drink a day ?

like how much protein should i try to get in a day? around 195 or so since i weigh 195? thats what google said anyways around 1 per pound..

Depends on ur current body fat % and ur end goals

How much do u want to weight
How much do u want ur body fat % to be
Generally if u wana bulk up id suggest
.4-.5 grams of fat per lbs
And .8-1.5g of protein per lbs
Eating at a calorie surplus

If u wana cut do the same except at a calorie deficit

If u simple wana get more muscle eat at a surplus while lifting weights
Since ur tired from work and rarely have time id say
Compound lifts every other day
Bench
Squat
Deadlift
Curl
Overhead press
