10 months ago I was fat as Chit like 265 lb mcdons was life etc

Seeing results now

192lb @ 6'1

PRs

225x 1 bench
355x 1 DL
275x 1 Squat

Didn't start off squatting or deadlifting until about 3 months into it as I was more focused on dropping fat

Yeah, never posted progress before so figured I would track it here now.

Currently cutting at the moment, looking at around 2200-2500 cals daily right now (depending on if I am gyming or not, will be bulking when I hit 185 ish which i'll push up to about 3200 cals on gym days.

I feel a lot more alert, not so tired and sluggish. Overall better way of living and better and feeling a lot healthier.
