hey guys, ive been recently doing a PPL 6 day split, and have had a question.

Flat Barbell Bench Press: 3x5
Seated (or Standing) Barbell Shoulder/Overhead Press: 3x5
Incline Barbell Bench Press: 3x5
Dumbbell Side Lateral Raise: 3x10-12
Rope Pushdowns (circuit machine): 3x10-12
Overhead Dumbbell Extension or similar triceps exercise: 3x10-12
Shrugs(circuit machine or dumbbells): 3x10-12

Pull (Back/Biceps):

Barbell Rows: 3x5
Lat Pulldowns with (Long Bar or V-bar) (circuit machine): 3x8-10
Seated Rows (circuit machine) - optional if already doing barbell rows: 3x8-10
Face-pulls: 3x-10-12
Barbell Bicep Curls (Alternate between close and normal grip): 4x-10-12
Choice of one other bicep exercise (typically Hammer Curls): 3x10-12

Legs (Quad/Ham/Calves):

Barbell Squats: 4x5-6
Leg Press (optional if already doing above squats): 3x8-10
Leg Extensions (circuit machine): 3x10-12
Hamstring Curls (circuit machine): 3x10-12
Standing Calf Raises (circuit machine): 5x10-12

right now this is the workout im following, however do i interchange the accesory excercises? or keep the workout exactly the same every day and attempt to make progression on my lifts? any help would be great cheers!

what do u mean by interchange?
u should try to progress on lifting more weight every week, if only by a marginal fraction. the exercises themselves can stay as they are

like the program says ALWAYS perform a compound lift followed by 5-6 accesory excersices, so i was wondering if should mix up my other exersices coz i thought the body needs to be constantly under threat of change or someshit, il just keep them the same for now then i gu ess cheers

More weight = change.

so u think just keep the workout plan exactly the same and keep the routine as it is? yeah ive been trying to make progression in terms of weights every workout but its getting to the point where im stalling. thanks for ur help!

Deload the weights 10-20% and work your way up again. Make sure you are in a Kcals surplus and try to get enough sleep.
