u should try to progress on lifting more weight every week, if only by a marginal fraction. the exercises themselves can stay as they are
like the program says ALWAYS perform a compound lift followed by 5-6 accesory excersices, so i was wondering if should mix up my other exersices coz i thought the body needs to be constantly under threat of change or someshit, il just keep them the same for now then i gu ess cheers
