Ok so my weight is 83 kg
my heigh is 178 cm
Ive got big arms, medium legs and big back and not so much big chest

my fat % is about 18-19% can i have some tips / diet plan for losing a bit of fat%?

Use an app like myfitnesspal to track what you're eating and make sure you're at a deficit of around 500 calories per day.

It really helped me to stop eating carbs and switched to Low-Fat alternatives to whatever (cream cheese, milk, cottage cheese etc).
Without carbs or really fat sauces you can eat a shittton and get full before you even get close to "enough" calories.
