If you could restart with the knowledge that you now have with lifting and nutrition, what routine would you do?

Basically you've never lifted so you have no gains, but you have the knowledge of how to lift properly and hitting the right macros and caloric intake.

Some people say starting strength, but it definitely isn't the best routine if you already know what you're doing.

Strenghten the core and small muscles first.

Go for steady growth with macros. X sets - 12 reps for errrry main thing.

do I get to go back in time? Because according to multiverse theory that's not really me, per se, but an alternate universe me. Then I would go back to my own time and be this universe me, and continue being awesome.

My real answer: Nothing. I am where I am because I've learned of my mistakes.

Based on what I know now: I'd chose the same routine (5/3/1) but fix the frequency/volume issues and try not to fuck my shit up while trying to be good at everything.

I'm a casual lifter, I don't really care or enjoy it enough to regret anything. Maybe focus on strength a bit more, I'm weak as fuck lol
