built 3 house in a year so i stopped the gym 16 months ago

wow his left bicep has 0 peak. and his right bicep has a big peak lol

at OP, how long u been lifting for previously? u look like you have some experience in a gym

been training for 11 years before
lost a lot in 18 months, its normal loll

my main goal....... lifting more and more ! i dont care about the shape, just like to put some high numbers and doing GOOD MOVMENTS !!!!!!!!
