didn't know where else to post was just curious if anyone knew anything about this...


my uncle was arrested with "intent to deliver" charges in Nebraska. he had 10lbs of weed on him. He went to Colorado to get it, was driving back to Iowa and got busted in Nebraska. He's in jail awaiting sentencing but they might send him back to Nebraska to be charged under their jurisdiction. I know when I got caught with literally $5 worth of weed in Iowa they wanted 2 weeks in jail, but the judge let me off because I told her I quit and she said if you can pass a drug test the sentence will be probation. Kinda thinking if he is charged under Iowa law he is screwed. Looking at Iowa and Nebraska law it looks like that amount of weed is a felony and as far as I know a felony = 1 year in jail/prison minimum?
