I rarely eat healthy but i want to start. Id rather do weekly meal preps as i cant cook every day plus i work shift work so i have very little time on work days. I read i need atleast 1g protien per lb of weight? I weigh ~200 and trying to stay around 200-210 but lose some body fat. If anyone can help make me a meal plan for the week ill throw what little fg i have your way. Also i dont mind eating the same thing everyday i do that now as it is. Anyway thanks for any help.

i'm just gonna throw a few things out there

a high protein diet and a healthy diet are not mutually exclusive

1g per lb body weight is only if you're working out a lot. are you working out a lot?

4x a week is good! i'm sure somebody here will gladly help you out with a more in-depth weekly meal thing, but for now, here's a few tips i think might help

200g a day is going to be tricky reach on a healthy diet where you're also trying to lose body fat without supplementation. find some good protein shake combinations, i'm a fan of chocolate whey mixed with 1-2tbsp of peanut butter or almond butter.

cod fillets! high in protein and healthy. throw them in the oven loosely wrapped in tin foil with some thyme and a small amount of olive oil, delicious and easy. frozen fillets are the way to go.

please excuse poor sentence structure i haven't had coffee yet. good luck

Nice thank you. Ill look up some recipes for the cod fillets. How many shakes should i drink a day? Idk if there such a thing as to many? I only drink one a day with milk which i believe is only 25g protein.

beans and tofu

also you dont need 200g of protein a day, generally youre looking at 0.7-1g/lb for bodybuilders
