I am unhappy with my chubby ass at the moment so I'll be cutting for the next few months until satisfied.

What motivated me to get going was taking a look at my moon face in the first picture, which was taken in June, 2016.

Guys please let me know which areas look dispraportionate or need development, my calves suck so a few good and unique lower leg workouts would be appreciated.

Goals:
Weight: 185-190 lbs or good abs, whichever comes first.
Muscle: Define deltoids better, grow traps, add approx. 1 inch to left forearm to even it with the right, and hard leg work (especially calves).

June 2016 (237 Lbs)

You actually have a good starting physique so don't be too hard on yourself. You look like you have some strength and can definitely achieve a nice physique with some effort.

In regards to the photo that made you think this, we all take bad photos man no worries. But good luck on the grind

Gotta throw in a classic dirty mirror / bed head picture to make it legit. Picture taken on August 17th, 2016.

Btw I forgot to mention, I am 5'11 and my waist circumference was around 38-40 inches when first starting.

Additionally I measured my BMI on an handheld Omron BMI analyzer yesterday and it said I was 19.1% body fat, however we know those have a variation of around 5% in either direction so I'll just take that with a grain of salt.

Cheers y'all.

Good base! Staying consistent is the best way to reach your goals.

Focus on your cut for now while making sure you do resistance training. When you are done with it try to work on the area you'd like to change the most. It'd be hard to do both at the same time.
