Bleh im always talking about how I will cut and all that stuff. For once it wont be a lie.
Atm im running this routine:

I've read somewhere that strength training is better for cutting. I know my routine is strength for compounds exercises at least, and Ive been running it for the past 2-3months with decent results on my lifts, even if injuries fucked me up again, but I'd like to know if there's a more efficient one. Im available for gym 5-6 days a week.

Anyway, im just wondering if it's good enough or if some people had great results with another routine.
Topic open for discussions also lol

The key to an effective cut is a proper, consistent diet. Your gym routine is fine, though I might cut volume a bit on the accessories in favor of more strength training, as you mentioned.

e/ and add a bit of cardio if you havent already.
