I do eat a minimun of 1 egg a day, sometimes 2 but thats only 11g per egg, not to much and can't always eat an egg.
It's not good to eat 10 eggs per day either
eat 2 full eggs, and 2 cups egg whites. Each half cup is about 2 eggs worth of whites. 2 cups = 8 whites. 10 eggs in total. Tons of proteins and you're good to go.
