A few months ago I came to this forum looking for advice on how to lose weight.
I got a workout and diet plan from raynor and advice from a few others. This is my progress so far
260 lbs - 6'2 - BMI 36

Now I have a question, I'd like to target my stomach fat. Could anyone recommend any specific exercises to help burn stomach fat away?
Another thing, I haven't used any supplements since doing this but I'd like to start. Anyone able to recommend anything for fat loss and muscle gain?
