Have any of you tried to go straight Chicken and broc/green beans man mode fornyour cut?

I want to see if I can last a month eating

3 egg whites 1/2 cup oats 1tbsp pewnut butter for breaky and 3-4x 4oz chicken breast + cup of green veggies

Any of you done this? Thoughts? Results?
Ways to spice it up so you're not sick of it after week 1?

Plenty of people have done it.

There's just no point to it. IIFYM fam.

Get different spices, marinades, etc.

I've dropped over 20 pounds this cut and I've been eating fast food, candy, chips, chicken, beans, burritos, tater tots, etc.

I rarely eat fruits and veggies.

I just don't understand why anyone would torture themselves like that.

Because you're probably not eating much, snacking etc. It's not so bad, more or less leaning out whilst doing it. Looking to see what kind of results are obtained.

I put some mozarella cheese on my brocoli and cook them in olive oil omg;;;

and bbq asiatic spicy chicken spice on my chicken

lmk small guy

and I eat 4 full eggs cuz im a man, ya know?

Cutting pro checking in.

I would not suggest cutting from 3k cals to 1800 ect. lower your cals week by week.

would suggest you have 1-2 reefed meals a week.

plenty of water

make sure your getting enough carbs / fats also.

Yesterday I had

2x 3/4 lb potatoes
1 lb of chicken
3 eggs

And I feasted on my current snacks of choice. A fuck ton of animal crackers and pretzels filled with peanut butter.

Today I had chicken fingers, tater tots, 3/4 lb of chicken and a 3/4 lb potato with tons of animal crackers and pretzels with peanut butter.

I usually don't eat so much chicken and potatoes, but went to SAMs and got 16 pounds of frozen chicken and a 15 pound bag of russet potatoes LOL

I'm just saying don't limit yourself to certain foods and hate life because of it.

I'm at 150 pounds and nearing the end of my cut. Eating about 2k cals a day.

Ya I've done it for about 4 months straight

Good results, felt great, super boring.

It just became routine really.

I understand you arent some expert but would be cool learning some shit.

cutting is the hardest part. been bulking for 22 years :thumbsup:
