If it's nothing major, creatine should be 100% fine. Just remember to hydrate.
The biggest worry with creatine, so long as you hydrate, is that some folks cramp up and get the butt runs. If it happens, try switching forms. monohydrate v monophosphate v malate (usually doesn't bother stomachs) v ester forms (shouldn't bug stomach, often most effective anyway) etc.
Appreciate it, never found the ROOT. I went to a walk in clinic multiple times and that's all, they said it was multiple things.
