So for the past two years i kept saying I was going to have a personal combine where I'd see what my maxes and times would be. Two years ago I would have done much better than I would now but I'm still going to do it next week. Jobs, injuries and a bunch of stuff have gotten in the way but I finally feel decent and healthy enough to get solid results.

Two years ago I set reasonable goals for 400 squat, 5:15 mile, 300 bench, and 15 reps 225 bench. I was either there or extremely close to those numbers at the time.

Now, I'm looking at 350 squat, 5:45 mile, 280 bench and 10 reps at 225.... Hopefully. I'm extremely interested to see what I'm capable of! I've been coaching the local high school conditioning program for soccer all summer and have battled injury after injury throughout. I'm finally at the point where I'm beating them all in the sprints and feel like I'm getting back in shape.

Needless to say I'm excited. Ideally I wanted to be 175 for this but I'm weighing in at 5'9 185. I haven't lost any weight from the beginning of the summer but I can notice the world of a difference in my definition and conditioning.
