I workout at home I use 30 pound dumbbells any good Home workouts I don't have a bench set or bench just weights

I need good an workout
Crunches and curls suck I've been told

whats your question? u want to know an all around good home workout plan? u only have dumbbells? and what are the weights of these dumbbells?

and what are you asking about ab workouts?
i can barely make any sense of your post

from what i gather, you really cant make any decent workout program from what you have... just dumbbells and no bench.
buy a cheap gym membership and go

I could use some home ab workouts myself. Or gym, w/e, prefer home though
Though I like to eat in the middle of em :lol: It makes me hungry.

standard crunches suck, they only target upper abs

slap some of those silly 5lb ankle weights on and do bicycle crunches

or, if you have some type of superhuman center of gravity, do hanging leg lifts (i could never do these and am mad about it)

keep your knees bent and shoulder blades retracted so you dont swing.

mostly its the control down that causes the swing. Slow it down, feel the negative, helps and negates swinging
