So, I have not been to a gym in 4 months due to work and moving constraints.
Although i had some pretty decent gains the last time I was working out (160-190), I would like to change up my diet and was wondering what some of you guys do for a bulking diet.
I have looked at google for some, but would like to see what has worked for some of you.
