I remember it being posted a while back (couple of years.. maybe by Lightman?) but I absolutely can't find it..

It's a fairly plain website that has major FAQ about nutrition myths/questions and then has a complete list of references.

I don't suppose anyone remembers it or has it bookmarked by chance?

Edit -

Example.com

Found it. I knew it had a stupidly simple name.

Haha, it used to be my go-to website when I knew nothing.

Friend wants help with her diet but has some next-level craziness to her current routine (No flour, no sugar, no fat for a month).. Figure that I'm going to need some references while trying to dispel the crazy.

Well, I already feel like killing myself.

Did the math on a 300 calorie deficit for her (she's at about 18-20% right now, wants to get to 15%), and told her about how long it would take..

"Oh, with my diet I can lose 3kg in a week. It won't take that long."

"My diet is from my personal trainer who is super fit." And then sent me a picture of said fit personal trainer, like that's all of the qualification she needs..

Yeah I decided that I'm going to drop to about 10% bf just so I have abs and I'm going to post a shirtless selfie on facebook. Then the next step is to say that I'm offering nutrition and lifting advice that is complete bullshit for way too much money.

Not serious. Although now I might be.

It's mind blowing how many people don't know the basics when it comes to their own body.
