This thing + a litre of soy milk is 3,000 kcals. Literally been eating 1 a day for the last few days. Could eat the whole box in 1 sitting if I wanted to cuz it's not very filling. Then just smash 60g of protein and another 500kcals and done.

Srsly how are there so many calories in that box...

E/ the macros r fuking insane aswell, I usually never get above 300g of carbs but this thing gives me 54 protein 60 fat 414 carbs da fuk

E/e/ anyone really good at calculating kcals in vs out? Currently eating just under 4K/day but I'm heading up to Cairns to do farmwork carrying 50 or so 70-100kg banana bunches over 8 hours a day. You reckon I'd have to up my kcal intake by much to continue gaining .5-1lbs/week? Or should i just add 300kcals per week until I start gaining again?

.4g of fat/lb (only 60g!?)

ya, that sounds more reasonable. I fuking hate peanut butter tho. box of cereal, maybe some salted nuts, flavoured sodium tablets, a banana, and maybe a couple scoops of protein powder easy meals.

I don't ''like'' the taste that much but it's easy to put in a blender with some whey and get a big gainer shake.
