Ok i lift 3 times a week.
I hit the bag and go through intense kicking workouts 6 times a week.
My problem is....i'm kind of sore every time i lift WEIGHTS. Do i just push through it? I'm down with pushing through...i just dont want to fuck up and lose all sorts of gains lol.
Do you think just fucking punching and kicking a damn bag can affect my healing THAT much?
I feel like my workout routine is already weak as fuck so i'm not sure how i'm so sore when i lift weights.
I'm eating enough, i'm stretching, i'm drinking water, i'm on legit supplements, and i'm still sore without much work input.
I'm not going to just go through a day without moving. what the fuck

Are their any legit testosterone boosters out there? lol

If you're new to this lifestyle it would make sense you were sore. The general rule is if you have to ask if your overtraining you aren't.

Testosterone can be improved a few different ways. HGH as well. Google some guides

Edit also, kicking can definitely make you incredibly sore that's normal and good

I'm not new to the lifestyle at all but i'm new to the amount of hours i train.

haha i guess i'll just keep it up for a week or two and see if i'm still soreish when i lift. I don't like the feeling of not being able to PUSH like crazy when i lift =\

that combo is pretty rough on the body. I know from experience. Might need some fierce ass rest days for sure

You're going to feel depleted when taking on extra workloads. Your CNS fatigue is normal, but you're nowhere near the state of being overtrained.

any way other than the using actual compound will not really have any affect on his body or workout.

Ok so it looks like i was just doing too many reps and sets of low weights.
A buddy of mine who wrestles told me to just deal with heavier weights and less reps.
I still don't understand the difference when it comes to healing but i guess what i did produced more acid in my muscles then a simple heavy lift.

=\

I swear to god i remember someone telling me...lifting super heavy weights with lower reps requires more healing time.

The whole thing doesnt make sense to me but it is what it is.

Whatever. Summer heat is over at least

lifting heavy increases recovery time, if you train often, avoid going to failure aswell, that increases your recovery time for a little benefit (if you dont get injured)
