Simple question, lots of anecdotal online prefer a conversation though

Say I start taking creatine again. Sure this will help in a 100 meter sprint. But would it help in a 400? Or 1600?

Endurance athlete is kind of a loosely thrown around term from what I can tell. Most people would consider a track athlete an endurance athlete even though some events last about 10 seconds to 5 minutes. I like to run for an hour straight for cardio days. Will creatine effect this harshly? I do experience cramping way more frequently on creatine regardless of water/stretching.

Would creatine help or hurt these events?

80-100 push-ups In 2 minutes
80-100 sit-ups in 2 minutes
1 1/2 mile run roughly 7-9 minutes
20 pull ups
3 mile run roughly 17-20 minutes

Seems like it would definitely make the 20 pull ups easier but other than that for someone like me who puts in a good amount of miles a week it's hard to know what exactly is the difference between a sprint and endurance. For example I can just about 85-95% sprint the 1600

There's no distinct line really, your pcr system is active during marathons as well, it's just that depletion rate is low and ox phos is able to replenish quickly so there is no overall change in concentration of pcr

So you don't think it would hurt me for a few miles in a row?

When I was half a year into lifting weights, I started doing creatine. I also played soccer competitively on saturday afternoons.

I noticed many improvements in cardio, short bursts and fast sprints.

For your question, if I was you I would just try it and monitor your time on those distances. I believe your results will become better on all the exercises you listed.

PCr is a valuable substrate in every system, its only limiting in short bursts of high intensity exercise which is why you see benefits in predominantly anaerobic activities.

the only way it might negatively influence performance is if your creatine supplementation makes you retain additional water which could change aerobic efficiency
