They're both SERM's.
That's like taking an advil and tylenol at the same time it's overkill if you use both.
Tamoxifen is a newer and stronger SERM so go with the tamoxifen citrate.
Depending on if it's your first cycle or not, and depending on how long you're running it, you might want to add HcG in as well if you can get your hands on it to restart your HPTA.

acetaminophen and paracetamol are pretty much the same and have the same properties, one's an analgesic + NSAID too iirc.
