been a runner now. identified a medial (posterior) shin splint on my dominant (right) leg.

its not agonising pain, but its a decent amount while running.

need pro-level advices on this that I know I can only find on a gaming sub-forum.

not regarding TA in this circumstance...
it's where the soleus and tibia meet. hence posterior shin splint, not anterior.

this became an educational moment for you ;)

/edit: blatance. but im trying to find any way around that. i wish to run or at least if i should rest, i want to accelerate the healing process.

I didn't read the medial portion part lol, I'm pretty familiar with lower limb anatomy. Just taught a lab section in functional and regional anatomy last semester.

The only thing you can do to accelerate the healing process is to not hinder it by loading that tissue. Let your body do its thing and assist it by mobilizing the posterior leg to get circulation going. There really isn't much you can ever do to make something heal faster, all you can do is avoid doing things that slow down the process
