Anybody had any dealings with this?

I had an x ray of my spine last year due to some compression fractures in my spine and the dr said I also had some slight scoliosis.
I knew my body was uneven from pictures where my right shoulder is visibly lower than my left - this affects my bench (bar kinda goes slanted when I'm not focusing, scap is a little harder to retract on my left, and sometimes the right side of the bar clips when unracking).

As for my hips; my right foot is always more externally rotated, and sometimes I get lower back pain/tightness (right side).

Note: I also sleep kinda bad. Like a half side half stomach kinda deal.

Any ideas of stretching or soft tissue work? IT band, hip flexors etc?

Muscles to strengthen? Glutes, abs?

my right hip is further forward than my left, I go into the gym for about 15-30 mins every day and work on hip mobility with a focus on pulling the right hip backwards, there's quite a few banded exercises u can do for it

hips feel really loose, no hip flexor tightness, and squats feel a lot better.

My hip pops out, then I end up with 1 leg being longer than the other. Was going to the chiropractor to get it put back in place but that fix only lasted a few days.
Then I tried the massage place and she did wonders, made it stay in place for a few months!
Now I can get it to pop back into place myself, alot cheaper

The cult relies on the vulnerability and naivety of the person, who is unaware of the indoctrination process being used…A good proportion, though not all come from dysfunctional families and/or suffer alcohol or drug problems. In general, new members are usually undergoing a personal crisis and are easy prey for all-embracing solutions. They are then pressurized to gradually adjust to their environment so subtlety, that they don’t notice the changes to themselves or, indeed, when they do, they view those changes as positive ones. From the beginning they are unwittingly seduced into replacing their own beliefs and values with those of the group and persuaded that their everything about their former lives, personality and character before joining the group was worthless and degenerate.

Within cults there is immense pressure to conform. They use a combination of flattery, threats and guilt. A system of punishments and rewards is used to encourage group learning and reduce unwanted behavior. Punishments like isolation, shunning, “tut-tuts” and humiliation are used to cause fear and obedience, while, alternatively, recognition, praise and “strokes” are sparingly awarded by older members for obedience and loyalty to Groupthink by the newer ones.

“Groupspeak” is another feature of all cults. Groups use what Lifton calls "the thought-terminating cliché”. Repetitive phrases, clichés, sayings, platitudes and buzz words are regularly invoked to describe all situations, and prevent further analysis or discussion. Any disagreements are usually settled by referring to the sayings or writings of wise leaders (past or present), rather than by turning to independent analysis. Members are rewarded for their ability to regurgitate this “Groupspeak” and for their willingness and talent for putting down dissenters with cult clichés. Lifton argues that the effect of is critical to mind control “since language is so central to all human experience, .. capacities for thinking and feeling are immensely narrowed" Moreover, the “secret vocabulary” reinforces the idea of distance from the outside world.

On Reddit, a healthy organization:

Healthy organizations are voluntary associations where people collaborate to work out their ideas with a shared purpose and specific goal. Everyone is free to criticize and hold different opinions from that of the group’s leadership. Differences of opinion are welcomed and respected. There is no psychological pressure to conform and no atmosphere of enforced uniformity. Healthy groups are democratic in practice and not just in theory.

Some will never grow out of the hollow, child-like mentality. d2jsp will always be here for them. those who fail in life need an outlet, d2jsp's only purpose.

Others have independently realized what is articulated above, and seek quality discussion with intelligent individuals. -> -> www.reddit.com <- <-

Good luck!"
