What are some good tricep exercises incase you cant use the pullies because they are always in use and I cant wait forever?

already do weighted dips, different rom skull crushers, and the thing where you lean forward and extend your arm backwards with a dumbbell.

Anything else really good in case the pullies are always being used?

nearly anything in which u bend arm to around 90 degrees and then extend arm

close grip chest press with a barbell can help to hit triceps. do low weight and focus on triceps. although its very easy to allow chest to take over this movement and not use triceps as much. either way this movement will be mostly chest, yet u can sort of focus on activating triceps

trashbag tricep workout. lookup kali muscle prison workouts lol

Cgbp is good for tris. Dips are great too.

Overhead db/plate exercises are great for the long head of the tricep. Plenty of variations for this.

Also, skullcrushers are an open chain movement, but if you do them on a barbell that's racked it becomes a closed chain movement and is great for actually helping any annoying elbow issues you may have (open chain movements can cause elbow tendonitis from overuse but this ccm is great for helping it)

Sth above the head with a small extension of the upper arm
This will also involve caput longus.

I like db tricep extensions behind the head; seated
Anatomically it targets all three heads while crap like close grip bench only really targets 2/3.
Thats why most people lack in caput longus (long head)

I searched it up in YouTube. First thing that popped up that really resembles it is this: https://youtu.be/UN5G_8hbReo

I didn't actually watch his video, but that's what I meant.
