Worked out Tuesday

Was meaning to work out yesterday (Thursday) but got tired af after class and cbf'd.. So was gonna work out today (Friday) but didn't get around to it either

It's only 11:30pm tho, should I just workout now, or go Saturday AND Sunday

I'm currently running a 3x week full body program 1.5 hours a session

I assume it would be better for both cns and gains to suck it up and go now, Sunday and then Tuesday, for adequate recovery and tryna get em in spread out during the week .... Or does it not realllyyy matter so long as I log 3x the week any which way?

I ain't tryna be some lil bitch

It's pretty simple. Optimal recovery and workout volume spread throughout the week VS suboptimal recovery and workout volume spread unevenly throughout the week.

The question is, does it make a significant enough difference or total volume in the week is the main priority?

I know I'm sweating the small stuff atm, but enough small stuff adds up to something Decent

In for guys in the know on this one

You're basically asking if you'll see better results by going on a routine basis over just going whenever.

If you're not injured go every day. As long as your sleep is adequate (8hrs a night) and you're eating well you will be fine.

Is there a good routine for going every day?
