If I injured myself and won't be able to lift for a week to 10 days, should I still take creatine? Maybe 3G instead of 5g?

it literally makes zero difference. unless youre giving 110% in the gym the creatine effects dont even activate. and even when it does it will only improve maybe 1% performance

I take .25-.3 g with every single meal.

it's literally nothing and i hope i get the rest from foods

The other day i didnt have any water nearby so i dipped a cheeto in it and it was pretty good.

Instead of salt or pepper i can just sprinkle .23 - .3 and im set.
