Doing a PPL routine. My legs and triceps lack so is my best bet to incorporate more volume for my triceps on my push day and volume on my leg day?

Also. I have creatine Monohydrate at the house. Should I put a scoop of this into my post workout protein shake every day? Should I cycle it and how often ? Thanks.

Also--- is it true I must drink a ton of water on creatine? I aim for a gallon a day.

You should increase your water intake while on creatine because a lot of the compound is excreted in your urine rather than retained in the muscle so the extra creatinine will draw water out of your body through osmotic gradients. You need to replace that extra water

5g a day is fine, dont cycle, dont load. if you skip a day it honestly wont make a difference, creatine is slow to enter and leave muscle tissue

You can easily take monhydrate whenever you feel like, even straight in the morning. This way you wont have to carry container in your bag.
