Drink more water. Usually when that happens you've become too dehydrated. Mix with some powdered Gatorade or a Mío and salt mix.

I am stationed in SC and when it gets like high 90s with almsot 100% humidty... you gotta stay hydrated

if thats your only symptom odds are its not diabetes but check it out regardless. 3 P's are big signs of metabolic issues/prediabetes/t2dm. im sure you would get increased thirst in both type 1 and 2 diabetes. i believe the massive sugar load in your plasma alters the way water is retained in the body, and your kidneys will blow off sugar through nephrons to try and normalize sugar levels, excreting water at the same time
