So a month ago I decided to stop smoking weed and munching every second and start working out + eat healthy instead.
I'm not entirely sure how much I should eat though. I've lost 25 lbs since I started on june 16th by eating about 1500-2000 / day but that might be too much too fast?

I'm not that active IMO, desk job/gaming but I walk 6-10 miles / day and lift 5 times / week now (about 40 min now in the beginnning) .
20y / 6'5 / 250 lbs. Any idea on how much energy I burn in a day?

E - I'm hoping to drop below 220 before next summer

Everyone is different work around the numbers start with 2500 for 2 weeks and go from there

If you lift dedicated 5 times a week and walk 10???!!!???!!!?? Miles a day, you should eat around 2500-3000 kcal a day. Seriously dont get how u can walk that much + lift 5 times a week I u have a desk job
Though. That's around 12,000 steps per day.

you think someone who weighs 250 lbs, walks 10 miles a day and lifts weights 5 times a week should eat 2.5-3k cals a day?

Only work half-time, trying to find more work after the summer.

u can still smoke and control your eating. choose different strains if u can. some make u have stronger munchies than others.
and the bottom line is self control.
but of course it may be easier to stop smoking and control food intake easier.

some people may actually eat more when they quit. stress and other things, mental withdrawal

well actually still smoke, meant more smoking and munching an entire night.
I reward myself with a toke after workout then munch something healthy if I need.

Just eat healthy. If you exercise that much you'll drop weight in no time. Track your calories and set your macros.

2500 calerys per kg of lean body mass

make sure u get lot of prodeen like cat food / cat meat / horseys meat / spinich
