when in doubt eat pnut butter lol. high fat, bit of protein, and get the natural pnut butter
too much oatmeal and u may shit urself. can be quite a bit of fiber if u eat 10 packs.... wtf lol
also i wasnt talking about the oatmeal packs. those taste like shit in my opinion. i like the non flavored oatmeal and i add a bit of brown sugar myself.
lookup mccann's irish oatmeal. steel cut type is good too. whatever though
