How much blood are you losing from nosebleeds?
How often do they occur?
Do they stop when you try to make it clot by clogging it?

I'm not sure on the amount, a fair bit. A lot more than a common nosebleed. 2-3 times per day, and not really.. They take about 20 mins to stop each time.

Don't put your head back with nosebleeds by the way. Lean forward and let them drain. I'm sure they told you this.

Avoid NSAID painkillers to recover as these will greatly thin your blood and cause clots to take much longer to form.

Try to supplement some of the vital nutrients that are required for a healthy blood supply.
If your daily multivitamin does not include Iron, take an iron supplement once a day until your daily blood loss stops (not more, iron is bad news if you take way to much)
Make an effort to stay hydrated with clear liquids such as water and juices.

Folate and vitamin B-12 help to form red blood cells. Vitamin K helps your blood coagulate, or clot. Vitamins B-1 and B-6 help your heart and keep red blood cells healthy. Citrus fruits, including kiwi, oranges, berries and pineapple, are a source of vitamin C which help the overall absorption of iron.
