Looking to start working out to help atleast shape up my stomach and moobie area lol

What are some exercises or workouts I can do to help start the process of slimming it down?

I'm 6'2 220 pounds and will be getting a gym membership sometime very soon

lookup fullbody routines online, 3 days a week, with at least 24 to 48 hours between workouts

profit

try to spend between 45 min to 75 min in gym for each workout

I have a very hard time benching after my car accident which fucked my shoulder inside and out. It hurts like hell to bench over like 100lbs

Can you do pulls just fine? Like a pull-up for example. Are there any pressing movements u can do without pain, dips, decline, anything?

I'm not sure I have tried pull ups or anything. I can do push-ups for a little but it starts to really hurt after a while depending on how many I do

Get a membership at Gold's. I love gold's. Planet Fatness sucks and LA Fitness has issues with canceling peoples membership, as in they don't and keep charging you for ever.
