They dont let edit.
What im wondering is.. what should I do ? Stop lifting (deadlift and squat mostly?) Or just lower the weight? I dont have the time to go see a doctor atm.. it hurts a bit but not that much.. yet

Im asking if someone had one before and what were the advice the doctor gave him. I'm gonna go see one soon, but atm im working the next 4 days, so I'll go see one after those 4 days

I mean, part of your intestine could literally be poking out of your abdomen and you're asking if you should keep lifting? Are you being srs here m8? Go ducking see a doctor within a week and no exercise or heavy lifting

E: did you feel pain when it first appeared? Was the pain felt during exercise? Was it heavy exercise where you needed to brace your core? Is the lump squishy and a bit mobile to touch? Is it painful to touch?

I never felt pain during an exercise and from as far as I remember i always had two bumps, one on each side. One of them grew bigger overnight cuz tonight when I woke up it did hurt alot as I was doing Valsalva to take a shit. After that it did hurt to walk. Lump is kinda mobile and ya a bit squishy. Not painful to touch.
Only reason I could see why it's popping out atm is because I drastically raised my amount of deadlift and squats per week. since a month

You should get them checked out because they might also be lymph tissue depending on where they are which could signal an underlying infection. Regardless, see a doctor soon

thanks for advice ill do that as soon as possible
do u think i can still stretch 2-3 times a day and some gogging just to do at least do something physical or no activities at all?

Tbh idk, I was going to avoid heavy lift and just do some soft work. Cuz summer for me is time of gains and im pissed about not being able to continue I guess. Lol
