yes, but the research and thinking behind it needed to be re-tooled. so now you'd probably want to check out nutritional typing. dr. mercola is probably the top source on that.

in terms of health and disease prevention, there is some indication that his nutritional typing is effective, but to be completely honest i think it would be better to defer to a functional medicine practitioner on such matters. not a dietitian, because 98% of dietitians know almost nothing about nutrition.
