No access to gym

What is a good way? I've heard alot of mixed opinions on fasted cardio aka doing cardio right after waking up on an empty stomach..
Thoughts? tips?

start exercising more in any form and eat less/better

its as simple as that. there arent really any "short cuts" to losing weight that are supported by concrete evidence. it just takes work and time. im being very informative, youre just arrogant
