Im new to resistance band training and ive been using them for push ups, traps, shoulders, bis/tris and omfg it hurts..

doing 20-25 reps for 3-4 sets gg my body isnt used to this

resistance pushups especially is KILLER. Such a good chest/shoulder thing to do. Already starting to notice my chest taking "form"

since taking it upon myself to condition for boxing that im going to start next month, ive lost 10 lbs of mass but idk.. i kind of enjoy this kind of working out better.

Usually warm up with 10-15 mins of jump rope (doing different variations), jumping jacks, burpees then jump straight into low weight/high rep workouts with short rests. usually sweating balls the whole time i love it

but yeah. Sitting at 175 lbs atm probably wont lose anymore weight at this point, just gonna get pretty lean. Moving to CA soon and meat is expensive AF so ill probably eat vegan for the most part lol. Tofu is really good when you season it right. Shit i rambled a lot

Resistance bands are awesome esp if you know how to use them (I don't use them often for that reason lol)

hows it a waste of time? elaborate

resistance band training coupled with intense cardio is such a good fat loss method. Not that i had a lot of fat to begin with but if i did thats what id do
