Lately for hiit ill go to the track and warm up with 5 mins skipping rope and 5 mins jumping jacks. Then ill sprint the straights/jog the curves for 1 mile (4 laps). Gets done within 35 or so minutes and im drenched in sweat and dying.. especially bc its so fkn hot outside (i go in the evening when its cooler)

Is there a most effective time limit you should do hiit for? Like i said i do mine in about a 35 minute span. Or is the general rule of hiit to keep pushing yourself until youre fatigued?

I'm curious about some sweet HIIT swimming. My pops got kicked out of the house, his new apartment complex has a dope pool. 97+ degrees not a cloud in the sky until next Wednesday.

As a side note, AC breaking in your car in this weather is garbage. Looking for ways to burn my calories in my mobile sauna. I've already noticed left leg gains from curb stomping the clutch

I do HIIT every other day, for 8 minutes exactly. Does everything I want, keeps metabolism high, and its only 8 minutes of pain
