So for the past 6 weeks or so I've been seeing flashes of light out of the far right corner of my right eye. It's random but probably happens around 20 times per day. I've been doing a ton of renovations on my house for the past two months so I'm not sure if any drywall dust or insulation has irritated it. Anyone experience something similar? The flashes are enough to make you break concentration from what I'm doing and look to my right to see if someone just took a picture or not... Happens all the time; when I'm alone, at work, driving, day or night. Lmk bros.

Your peripheral vision is more sensitive, so it's possible you're seeing ghosts or paranormal beings. They don't want to really communicate with you, they're just there. Gl m8.

Troll post but seriously the old lady died in the house I bought. It's haunted AF. The neighbor told me that she was dead in my bedroom for 6 days before people in Hazmat suits took her out

usually nothing crazy if it is the only symptom...but you GP can refer you to an ophthalmologist if needed.

common cause is change to the viscous fluid in your eye, causing a slight pull on the retina when you dart your eyes quick

maybe damage to retina from trauma... its the black curtain falling down in your peripheral vision -- that you should watch for... and might mean your retina is peeling off of the inside of your eye.

It's not retinal detachment lol. You would notice that, like bear said you would see a classic "curtain drop" thing going on in one eye. It's an acute thing where you suffer a blow to the head or maybe some crazy intraocular shearing from high pressure vitreous and your visual field in the effected eye begins to disappear more or less top to bottom, things just slowly go black starting from the top of your vision.

I would still make an app to figure out what the flashers are but don't run in worried that you have retinal detachment if you still have full vision in both eyes with no history of trauma
