First time cutting, 9 weeks so far. I thought of pushing this to 12 weeks. Abs are becoming visible and lifts are kind of increasing.
Here are my questions, is 12 weeks too long for a cut? What do to after that? Eating at maintenance and then slowly increasing, approx. 200 cals per week ( lean bulk?)

you have your average maintenance calories.

You can either decease calories and do cardio to lose weight or increase calories to gain weight.
