How do you guys keep track of what you do? Like the exercise sets reps for every workout and an overview

I have zero knowledge when it comes to health/fitness/technology. I have a few workouts i do and id like to keep track of my progress.

Or just the good old pen n paper :)

a notebook or pen and a paper and clipboard works great nothing beats that or u can use cellphone apps still prefer paper :)

I use an Excel spreadsheet for my program and I'm able to edit/record my lifts through that on my phone.
