Optimum Nutrition Gold standard 100% Whey - Extreme Milk Chocolate is a good flavor.

I'm also a fan of GNC's amplified wheybolic 60 cookies and cream for a low carb powder, but their serving suggestion is ridiculous. Use 1 scoop instead of the 3 recommended. You'll get 20 G protien from 1 scoop, and it triples the amount of servings in the bag.

i saw a big difference taking 3 scoops...but what do i know

Why would you even buy protein if you only need 20 grams of it each day.... I would rather just drink all 3 scoops at once and get it over with.

i was running low on protein so i switched to 1 scoop a day and it effected my workouts and felt like i got smaller.. maybe it's just me
