Hey guys! My friend started a workout channel on YouTube in order to help others. It would be awesome if d2jsp fitness peeps can check it out and subscribe if you find the content enjoyable. My friend is nowhere experienced in making professional videos like other fitness channels so please don't be too harsh on him.

YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2-73sETkKIFjkvZaHn_idA

Things you should know about him:

He is Korean-American.
He mostly does bodybuilding.
He is is part of the 2016 graduation class.
He majored in Sports Science.
He is very enthusiastic about helping his friends and other people who like some help in fitness.

Thank for checking it out guys!

Does he lock out on anything? lol

Wouldn't recommend unracking a squat bar backwards like that to where you have to walk backwards into it.
Also like 45 degree reps on leg press lol.
Don't need a warmup for every exercise.

Nice gym and strong bench tho

It's actually very common in olympic weightlifting.

I usually hear it's partly to reduce the risk of the bar hitting the rack (if failing a lift) and then bouncing into your shins/knee, instead it hits your calves/back of the knee where it won't do as much damage.
It also forces you to have more control of the bar during the re-rack.

So weird. I'd hate to have to walk backwards and guess where the rack is lol.
