I ate 8 oz chicken breast(50 protein 300 cal) cut up in a pan which also had an entire can of corn (300 cal, 7 fibre, 7protein), and entire can of pinto bean (22 protein, 25 fibre, 400cal) a whole can of stewed tomatoes (5 fibre, 100cal) and was stil hungry


this after I had some soup and a hardboiled egg
