Just curious if anyone has a customised version where they changed the bench around, AKA more volume/more focus on tris/lats, or just completely changed the programming for bench and kept the lower days?

I'm on week 4 of his plan.

The benching seems to be really easy/short, feels like I'm not hitting my chest enough on the days I go but perhaps that allows to keep up with the frequency of chest/shoulders.

I think his bench program is a bit too advanced for me, I'll give it a go though I'm on week 5 of his program and I'm struggling to hit the bench reps. Crushing the squat and deadlift #s though.
