what exactly happened to all you that are taking / have taken bcaa's
im about to start taking 4 grams a day im wondering if thisll make me grow lean muscle / weight / improve energy or whatever lmk

Nothing, it is only useful of you do take insulin pre/post workout.
But then you will need 20-30g/workout.
